As a Mesa Native, Mr. Cooley is actively involved in the community through the Boy Scouts of America, Arizona State University, and varying municipal agencies. He is currently serving on the Arizona Rail Passengers Association Board, East Valley Adult Resources Board, and in an advisory capacity for the Cooley Leadership Academy at Arizona State University. Jeff has years of extensive experience in farming and farm management. He is experienced in the sale of improved and unimproved tracts of land, farms and ranches. Jeff is skilled in financing, developing and implementing cash flow analysis and cost projections, knowledgeable in zoning, entitlements, and the development of master planned communities.
