Western Horizons Inc. and its principal partners have a long and rich history in the Phoenix valley.

Located in Mesa, Arizona, Western Horizons Inc, was founded by John White, DB in 1978. With its long- standing presence and extensive knowledge of the local market, the company specializes in market analysis, site selection and acquisition, property assessment and project management.

JOHN WHITE, President, Designated Broker John has been engaged in the
Arizona real estate market for more than 40 years. He specializes in market analysis, farm land acquisition, development and project management. To date, John has facilitated more than $500 million in land sales and provided site selection services for many large end users including Marrriott Hotels.
John received his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and his Master’s in Administration from Northern Arizona University.

JEFF COOLEY, Agent Jeff has been with Western Horizons since 1986. He
specializes in land sales, acquisitions and master planning. When the Cooley
family began transitioning their 900-acre farming enterprise into an upscale, mixed-use master-planned community, Jeff was one of the original visionaries. Today, he is directly involved in managing the development of Cooley Station. Jeff has served on the Board for Aster Aging, Inc. and has consistently been involved in his church and the Boy Scouts of America, as well as in various

state and local farm organizations. He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.

TODD COOLEY is the owner and operator of Cooley Farms, LLC, a 2,000-acre farming operation spanning Pinal and Maricopa Counties, where he produces corn, cotton, wheat, and alfalfa. He is also the co-owner of N&T Ag Management, LLC, which manages 2,700 acres of farmland in Yuma County and 12,800 acres in West Texas on behalf of absentee owners and investors.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Todd brings a strong business and management background to every aspect of his

agricultural operations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona Irrigation and Drainage District and previously served on the AgWest Farm Credit Nominating Committee.

NATHAN COOLEY, Associate Broker Nathan joined Western Horizons in 2016. As an Arizona native with a long family history of large-scale farming in the Southeast Valley, he has a deep connection to the community and a passion for shaping its growth and success. Nathan’s expertise lies in identifying investment properties, negotiating contracts and in preparing mathematical models to analyze financial options and forecast performance. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science before completing a Juris Doctor degree, as well as a Masters of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University.
